On time delivery and friendly service to the customer
Ongoing issue with The Brick – sharing my extremely troublesome and frustrating experience so others are aware. I bought a TCL TV for about $800, and within 24 hours of delivery, I noticed pixelation and poor resolution issues. I immediately contacted The Brick customer service by phone and email to request a return or exchange.
