Stacey did an amazing job as my realtor. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me find a great home. She answered all of my questions and explained every step of the way, so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend working with Stacey!
We used Jacy for a transaction brokerage deal. Our experience was not good with her. At one point we had to contact her broker to get an answer to a question. She was never available by phone, was judgmental through her communications, and we were just told she had a personal relationship with the sellers. When we found the sellers in breach of the contract she facilitated, she bowed out of the process entirely and was of no help. We regret immensely ever doing business with her.
