Well I was supposed to attend a wedding 3/6-3/8 and the wedding had a block of rooms here. I had booked my room MONTHS ago. I wake up 3/3 to a text message and email unexplained cancelling my reservation for the wedding weekend. I called the hotel to find out more and can’t talk to anyone or leave a message due to a “full inbox”. Unacceptable Service – Locked Out and "Canceled" Without Notice. My son had an absolutely horrific experience at this hotel and will never book here again. On 2/19/2026, My son arrived at 9:30 PM for a confirmed reservation, only to find the front doors locked and the property seemingly deserted. Stayed here around a month ago, it is located in a nice area, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is not continental it is like cereal bars muffins etc. The Ravens stadium and Orioles is here by, so is the water front, overall pretty nice hotel, parking gets a little hectic.
My daughter and I stayed at the Brexton 1/2/2026. When I booked online, the site said I would not be charged until check in. The day before departure, I received a notice of a charge on my card for $50 more than the quoted amount. I immediately called the hotel and was told “they showed nothing on their end; and I should call customer service”.
