This the deal about these buildings. Most of the tenants created the problems for themselves. They are a bunch of leftists who allow homeless to squat in the basement. Then the leftist ringleader of these tenants contacts local Fox News to run an expose on their complaints. If you allow homeless (by choice) to squat inside and out of your property, then all the problems are on you leftists.
This has to be on the top 10 worst apartments to live. The buildings are old and the flooring, doors, etc are either extremely warped or slowly breaking, they paint over the cracks in the walls. And usually deny a in person tour of units, opting to show grainy videos of units before move-in. Many residents have had issues with water pipes bursting and having water pouring or leaking into their homes. The mailroom has had a pipe burst and leaking water into the room daily. Very cute apartment
Read the reviews before renting is all I have to say..
I moved to the Brentwood a couple weeks ago. It’s charming and affordable and the staff are nice and helpful when I’m able to get ahold of them that is… the only bad things I have to say is that it can be difficult to get ahold of management and they aren’t the most communicative. It is apparent that a lot of the billing has kinda been left to root. There are some safety issues that should really be fixed but haven’t been.
