Very cute apartment
Read the reviews before renting is all I have to say..
I moved to the Brentwood a couple weeks ago. It’s charming and affordable and the staff are nice and helpful when I’m able to get ahold of them that is… the only bad things I have to say is that it can be difficult to get ahold of management and they aren’t the most communicative. It is apparent that a lot of the billing has kinda been left to root. There are some safety issues that should really be fixed but haven’t been. Great Location in downtown Minneapolis… At times, parking can be very difficult to find... Management is unreasonable and unwilling to address unfit living conditions. On multiple occasions, people tried to break into my apartment. Always keep your door locked.
