Dr. Coppelson was excellent clinically, but the administrative side of this office was easily one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The front-desk staff seemed extremely young and inexperienced, and communication was inconsistent from the beginning. There were delays getting clinical notes, delays in submitting claims, and overall the administrative workflow felt disorganized and not prepared to handle anything insurance-related. Update: The office followed up on my review, acknowledged the experience, and provided a refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right. --- Original review: I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zaghi’s office, but on the day of my visit I received calls and a voicemail asking if I could speak immediately because the doctor happened to be available earlier than my scheduled time. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Coppelson and The Breathe Institute team from both a provider and patient standpoint and am grateful for their expert care.
