I live in Springdale, and the drive to Bentonville was worth it. I had a biopsy done today. Dr. Rankin, Maria, and Lisa were the most loving and caring people ever! I did not feel any pain, they talked me through the whole procedure, and talked through my anxiety! I absolutely love Bentonville Breast Center and their staff! Thank you for being so kind and understanding!
I recently discovered a lump in my right breast. Had my pcp schedule a mammogram even though she couldn’t feel it. The minute I got there and told the mammogram tech I had a lump, they jumped into action and sent me from screening room to screening room. I had a diagnosis within an hour (only a cyst) and was very pleased at the efficiency and care these folks gave me. Love and highly recommend.
I had a biopsy on my right breast last Friday. Nerves, anxiety, scared all the feels coming into this. Every step they explained what was going to happened. Sounded scary, they know it sounds scary, but assured me it would all be okay. I can’t say enough how well they took care of me, assured me, comfort me, held my hand as they were numbing my breast. I've always felt welcome and comfortable. They are patient and accommodating!!
Had a biopsy today and it went very smoothly; the staff were wonderful as always. My only suggestion would be to get longer bandages for pressure wrapping overweight, large-breasted women like myself. Better support and less rolling of the edges that create painful grooves during the 24 hour wait.
Thanks to everyone for the kind, caring treatment I have received during my recent visits. Very grateful to have this wonderful clinic in Fayetteville.
