RecommendedI called to cancel my appointment for a mammogram, and the sweet woman from The Breast Center asked me if I was sick. I told her that we had been up all night because my Brother in law was in critical condition. She asked his name because she wanted to pray for him. Not only was she understanding about me having to cancel, she showed real empathy to a complete stranger.
Dear Dr. Harms: Thanks for teaching me Aurora Breast MRI many years ago. It is Covid-19 very serious in USA. I hope you and your family are OK. Although Taiwan has close ties with the China, Europe and USA, Taiwan have been only 441 cases, 7 dead since May 24. Taiwan’s performance is worth learning well. I’ve been going here since I was 35 and always had a wonderful experience. Scheduling has always been easy. They have always been flexible with my work schedule offering late afternoon appointments. I’ve always been seen timely as well(important for this busy mom). Care is patient focused and everything explained in detail during the appointment. Mammogram results have always been delivered timely. I highly recommend scheduling with this office.

I want to thank The Breast Center of Northwest Arkansas, a MANA Clinic , Dr Gonzales and the clinic staff for making an uncomfortable procedure much easier.
