It’s stressful enough for my wife to go through this process, but having to sit and wait more than an hour past her scheduled appointment time is absolutely unacceptable. If the staff is unable to stay on schedule, appointments should be spaced out more appropriately. At the very least, someone should come out and communicate with patients when there are significant delays, explain what’s causing the wait, and provide an updated expectation for when they will be seen. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. I had my first Mammo at tidelands in Murrells & nothing was wrong there but I had to do more imaging because of a spot that looked suspicious and I decided to go here because it was closer and I’m glad I did. They did a follow up Mammo with ultrasound after and Dr Knight came to the room and spoke to me about the results. He was so professional and made me feel so at ease. This Facility is very easy to find. I was greeted promptly. The Area was clean and welcoming. It did not take long for Staff to check me in. I was suprised at how fast my procedures went. Done with friendly Technicians. My results were explained. As was the follow up in regards to my situation. Times to see my ongoing treatment. Definitely a Place that helps many. Thank you!! I had a quick & painless mammogram & breast sonogram done by Morgan who is wonderful! Everyone there is so friendly .
Had a mammogram done here in August. They took a copy of my license with my CORRECT address on it. They never asked me to verify an address with what they had in their system. I've never had a mammogram done before so how was I to even know they had me in their system to begin with? Apparently they billed me at an address I haven't lived at in 5 years. Obviously I didn't get those invoices or they would have been paid immediately as ALL of my bills are. Instead of calling to ask about payment, they sent my bill to collection... read more
