I have lived here going on two years and it is the best! Everyone is very friendly! No disadvantages. By far the best place to live no matter the age!!
When it’s time to move out make sure you do the final walk through with the manager. They will tack on any charge they can.
We have lived here almost a year now and we absolutely love it. Office Staff is amazing.
I am a new tenant at the Breakwater, and I must say I really love living here. I am close to everything in downtown New Albany. Not to mention that living here is so similar to resort living that it makes it feel like I'm on a perpetual vacation. I love it.
As a new attendant I absolutely enjoy it here at the Breakwater. I feel at peace the people are so nice. Either to office staff, or other attendants. It is Well managed, and kept very clean they are on top of everything. it's good to come home in peace.
I signed my lease back in December last year & moved in January and The Breakwater is home to my very 1st apartment. The staff is great & always willing to help in any way! The pool & the gym are very nice features offered here! Overall this is a great place to call home
