Been on the road trip for 2+ months. This is the best coffee roaster! With the first sip, I know they are serious coffee people. The latte and espresso were dialed perfectly. I was in town for 3 days and visited everyday. Purchased bean to do pour over on my own too. Def give it a try when you are nearby!!
Not my favorite espresso, but very nice cafe with lots of great places to hang out. Will definitely go again and try a different drink.
The cold brew is AMAZING. Seriously, it’s so refreshing, smooth, and actually tastes like a good cold brew should. I’ve tried so many places that just don’t quite get it right, but this place absolutely nailed it! Finally, a cold brew I’ll be coming back for. And the orange Italian soda?! 🍊😍 SO GOOD! Coffee was very good. Ordered an iced vanilla latte (as is) 16oz i believe. I believe it had a good balance of taste. No overpowering taste of sweetness. Was able to taste the beans with minimal bitterness. The shop front sort of reminded me of some places in Seattle, South of Capital Hill. There isn’t much room inside for seating, but there is more outside.
