Immediately upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with sincere smiles. Our service was excellent, food came very quickly & it was delicious, especially the homemade hash brown casserole...mouth watering!! We went twice while we were in Destin & our experience was the same both times! We will definitely return!! Thank you to all the folks at The Breakfast Table Cafe!!💜💜
The staff was friendly, i loved the homey feeling you get when you walk in, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We will definitely visit again the next time we're in Destin. 😊
Nothing vegan (their TripAdvisor site says they have vegan friendly foods) but fruit on the menu, vegetarian "style" burrito has hash brown casserole (I asked, has cream of chicken soup in it) that isn't vegetarian. My French toast was so mushy I couldn't eat it. My husbands food (pancakes, eggs, sausage and casserole) were ok to him, but he said it wasn't worth the $12.00 (more food, better flavor for less money at the Donut Hole!). Oh, when you walk in, there's no aroma of food being cooked...
So a group of 8 of us show up for breakfast. There was no room inside for our group. There were however , 2 tables outside. The hostess said we could take those 2 tables but 1 had to be cleaned. While waiting for someone to clean the table the hostess came back out. She then proceeded to tell us that it was gonna be a 45 min wait. The manager said they could not seat us at those 2 tables outside because....THOSE WERE SAVED FOR PEOPLE WITH DOGS!!! Yes, that's what we were told although there was a table seated with no pets.
