Wouldn't even give BraunAbility 1 star. I have a BraunAbility vehicle that has had non-stop electrical issues from the day we bought it. Have always had authorized dealer repairs but the problems persist. Braun is suppose to be a good company but has not stood by their product. Next vehicle will not be a Braun!

The new Pacifica rides as well as a Toyota Sienna, in my opinion Toyota was the best riding conversion on the market. The all new Pacifica has the same ride as a Sienna. hopefully you have Incorporated cup holders for the driver and passengers unlike VMI.

I love my van. I love my freedom not waiting on public transportation. Just want to get my van up and running. I need some help my van is a Toyota Sienna 20011. My mom got a letter in the mail saying there is a recall on the door, but they can't detect it yet. The ramp gets caught on the weatherstripping so a wire is sticking out. It kill a lot of motor sensors. The door where the ramp is goes off track. So, do we bring it to Braun mobility or Toyota. Could it be a Mutual issue? Where do I start?
