Love the atmosphere here. Happy hour specials were worth the visit. I had the plank salmon with spinach. Excellent. Costs are reasonable but you are getting more like gourmet portions. The apple crumb for dessert was off the hook good. Really enjoyed the dining experience. Will definitely go back again and again. They even gave a 30% military discount on my husband's meal.
I did not expect it to be so good, so it exceeded my expectations! Everyone there was wicked kind too. It didn't feel like every other restaurant. It felt much more homey and I loved it. It also had great live music! My friends and I were catching up and were there from 6:30pm until 12:30am and there was never a time when I felt that they were annoyed that we stayed so long and I didn't feel like I was just another number for them. Went with a friend last Sunday for lunch. I was bummed to get there and see it was only a brunch menu. Then I ordered the fritatta. Pardon me while I eat there every single Sunday for the rest of my life. Food was delicious, mimosas were great, server was attentive. I'll be back!
It's not often that I give praise to take-out from a restaurant (especially for breakfast/brunch food), but The Brasserie really surprised me. I personally ordered the Roasted Turkey & Smoked Gouda Crepe (with tomato and spinach). It comes with a side of well-cooked home fries (love the texture and onions), which kept nicely on the ride home.
