when I walked in must have been a meeting, so no one acknowledged me. took a few minutes to get waited on and ran out of wine we were drinking
Great service. Friendly staff and those bottomless mimosas.
I was having a good time until the bartender told my friend and her family the only way to fix being cold was to climb on a chair and turn off the fan. I have ventured the Brass Tap in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for several years and always found the brand to be phenomenal. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for this one. Tonight's experience is one among many that make me wonder why I continue to give this location the benefit of a doubt based upon the reputation of another location.
This place literally told me to "climb up and turn it off yourself" when i asked to lower the fan.
Business response:
I can assure you this will be handled immediately.
Horrible! Served 3 of 4. The 4th entre' was a salad!!?? WTH!?! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
My first time there. I enjoyed the chicken tacos. Best part was our server, Ashley! She had to help me navigate the beer list which helped a lot. Best was her ever present smile and attention to our needs!
Probably the worse service ever. Sat at the bar and probably waited at least 5 min to get acknowledged; another 5 to actually get a server. The food was not good at all. Our mac and cheese was cold and not even tolerable to eat. Waited another 10min (as our drinks were empty way before this point) to get asked if we wanted refills/our bill. Servers were too worried about flirting with regulars or smoking cigarettes. Felt pretty un welcomed.
Business response:
I'm sorry to hear your service was anything less than excellent. Sending you a PM to find out further details.
Probably the worst service I've had. Ashley knew the menu too well. She knew the ingredients of everything we asked about and recommended different items. She listened to my drink preference and recommended a great Kentucky beer. She told me I had to have the tator tots so I complied. The food was amazing but Ashley was on top of things too much. She told me I had to come back so we will. We're locals. Great service and great food.
Nicole is a Bad Ass! Our first time visiting this place and her service was on point! Visiting from Austin, Tx. and it's a must stop for everyone!
