Traveling from out of town and super disappointed. Went for brunch; they were out of fruit, the waffle maker was broken, and it took 20+ minutes to get our drinks refilled or ordered. Hair and lipstick found on the wine glasses. Waitress was unapologetic for all issues that arose. Would not recommend.
Would never recommend this restaurant. The waitress was rude. Almost everyone got their food after over an hour being here (we were the only table after they opened), but they told one person in our group that the waffle maker broken so they couldn’t make her food. It took another 30+ minutes for her to get food. They also were very unwilling to make up for all their mistakes (hair in drinks, lipstick on glasses, not receiving food in a reasonable amount of time). Don’t come here.
This is the worst dining experience that I have experienced. It took two hours to receive our food (we were the first ones here). They advertise their bottomless mimosas, but we had to constantly ask for refills. The pitchers were sitting on the bar, yet the waitress told us that they were not ready. Also, the staff was hungover. One was even wearing sunglasses inside. They were out of fruit. Their waffle machine was broken. The waitress was awful. Having been a bartender, server, and cocktail waitress for year I was very unhappy with the servers attitude towards us. It was the day after st.patty’s and I assume that is why but I’ve worked hungover and never been rude to my table, especially when we were all being very nice. We had all finished our food and 1 person had to wait for her food because the waffle maker broke and I know that happens but don’t wait until you bring the other food to find that out, if our food was done hers should have been working and/or done ... read more
