Really great bar and super friendly staff! I have hosted a few events here with my community groups and they have always been helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in with a group on a Sunday to watch NFL and spend money but were refused our requested game when there were televisions not being watched and the same game in multiple screens. We were also asked to look up the channel ourselves prior to being refused a channel change. We went to to Buffalo Wild Wings instead and were immediately accommodated. I will not return to this BT location.

We are very sorry you feel this way. The TVs are all pre-set on games a few days before game day as to assure each game is televised and that the Bucs are adequately represented. During game time, we do not change TVs in the chance that someone is watching. Changing one TV ends up disrupting more than one would think. We were actually hosting a charitable Bucs watch party today, and it being the home team, they were represented on 4 TVs, other games each being present on one.
