Very Rude to customers! Think it’s okay to swear and belittle anyone with a different belief than them.
I have purchased a couple hats for the men in my life and I will say that the quality was nice. However I am upset because of the owners uncalled for behavior towards a woman that asked for a lace mask....whether she was right or wrong is not my issue. My issue is the unprofessional behavior, swearing and belittling of someone. You could have simply said no and explained your stance....but to publicly shame her and try to get her fired is appalling. They are a stand up company. I have bought numerous hats from them, had a family heirloom cleaned and reshaped by them (they did such a beautiful job! It meant so much to our Great Grandma!), and I even own a custom fedora by them. Oh! And Kate made me a beautiful custom headband and fascinator for special occasions! Most recently they made me and my boyfriend beautiful, stylish masks. They stand by their product and it shows! I highly recommend them!
Not only is the quality superb, but every purchase I've made was handled with such professional care that it would be impossible to leave with anything I did not absolutely love.
Outstanding service and quality care. From making custom hats to refurbishing very old family heirlooms. They took my grandfathers hat to clean, and replaced bands and feathers that were showing wear. They really appreciated working on it and their love for hat making really shines through their customer service. They have a loyal customer for life.
