If you live anywhere close to Milwaukee, THIS is THE BEST hat/milliner shop! Kate and John offer stellar service, amazing hats (both custom and off the shelf), repairs, etc. Not to mention, it's in Bayview; great shopping, food, night-life!! Have a blast!!! Get a hat!!!!

I brought in my grandpas hat that has been sitting in my relatives basement for 10 years and thought I would see if they could clean it up. I took it in and a week later it looks brand new. I couldn't thank them enough for such good work.��

Brought in my vintage bowler and they did an amazing job of replacing the sweat band (even punching my initials into it and then hand stitching it in) and an awesome cleaning. Highly recommend them to all my friends.

A top shelf milliner! If you're a mad hatter, as am I, this is your place! John definitely knows his craft, loves his calling, and knows how to care for his clientele, both new and established. I've seldom felt as happy and rewarded while exchanging my own money for an expert craftsman's goods and services. Meanwhile on the distaff side, John's wife Kate plies beautifully stunning headwear for the fairer sex, bonnets that must be seen to be believed. Stop in one and all, and may you leave with a new hat!
