We had a 14 person reservation and we were sitting at the large table at the exact time our reservation was set for. The staff was amazing and the food was the best. Not one person in our 14 person table had one complaint... They raved about the food! Thank you for making our dinner so special, even on a busy Friday night!

Very amazing dinner. Courtney was one of the most helpful and wonderful waitresses I have ever had. I will return whenever I am in town.
Very disappointed last night on Valentine's Day. We had made reservations and specifically asked if the crab leg special would still be there. We were told yes. We got there last night and were told there was no crab leg special. Luckily we were able to get in at another restaurant.
Had to wait over an hour and a half for a party of 10 and we made reservations. They need to decide if it's a bar or sit down restaurant. They were waiting on a table of 8 to leave to sit us and they had been there for 3 hours hanging out.
Thanks for hosting our book club Scott! All the gals (all 10 of us) loved the food, drinks and great service! It's no wonder the Rail is our favorite place to enjoy an evening out! Your hospitality is outstanding! We all wish you and your crew a very Merry Cmas! Xoxo

Atmosphere,service and food are all amazing! I've had something different almost every visit, and it's all been delicious. Go to for date night and with the whole family!

We came in at 8pm on a Friday night for my fiances birthday dinner, we had never been before and were excited to try something new. It was just the two of us, a younger couple and we were seated in the dinning area with all the larger parties and children running around. After being seated no one ever came to welcome us or take a drink order, we sat for almost 10 mintues before we finally got up and walked out. This restaurant was recommended by a good friend. Had dinner on Saturday November 7th. The menus was phenomenal. I had the "steak loaf" it was the best meal I have had in years! The environment was nice and the venue was clean and welcoming. I will highly recommend the Brass Rail to all my friends and family!
