I had a very pleasurable experience from the moment I walked into the lobby. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very nice. Clean rooms, clean hotel, service was on top of everything. I will be staying there again and recommend the Branson Plantation Inn
Hopefully no one will book with y'all after the word gets out how you treat customers and their animals! Trash!!
Wow! I think I would contact the news media in that area as well as the Better Business Bureau with names of all the hotel employees involved. News media loves this kind of thing. Criminal activity is not really what you expect from a vacation stay, especially from your hotel.
Sounds like a lot of untrustworthy an sneaky ppl running the place .... But I'd found my dog an not pay a penny when I left ....
Today my parents came back to their room only to find their key to their door no longer worked and their dog was missing. Instead of trying to comfort their customer, they were treated horribly and kicked out of the hotel. I will give every negative feedback about this place that I can. Y'all should be ashamed!!!!!!! There is a place for people like yourselves. May God have mercy on you.
