The Branson Hotel has fabulous staff and a great atmosphere. It’s like being surrounded by an amazing family. Lori is the best general manager with amazing staff: Ethan, Caroline, Darren, Katlyn, and June.

We just stayed at this amazing hotel for a week and there are not enough words to express how much we loved our time there! Lori and the entire staff (Lori, Ethan, Caroline, June, and Deren) went above and beyond to make sure everything was as perfect as possible. They even set everything up so my husband and I could renew our vows for our 20th anniversary! We will never forget our trip and know that this is EXACTLY where we were meant to stay! This is my travel companions second stay. It felt like we were coming home! Thank you SO much! Lori & Ethan continue to make it feel like home, plus some new "friends"- Caroline, Kaitlyn, and Judy. Will NEVER stay anywhere else in Branson!
We love this place and the staff!!! Could not have picked a better place to have a wedding reception!
Historic building well kept. Lots of charm and character. Close to the landing but away from the noise. Will stay there again.
