We have been coming to the Branding Iron for years. We love the food. The salad bar is so good that you have to keep yourself from filing up before your entree arrives! Cheri and her entire staff are always friendly. They value the opinions of their customers. One time, I was disappoonted in the scallops. When I mentioned it to Cheri, she said they had changed suppliers. The next time that I was in there, they were back to the quality that I have come to expect. Love, love, love The Branding Iron! Food is delicious--if you want the best steak you'll ever eat, try the JC !! It almost melts in your mouth! Smothered in mushrooms--ohhhh so delish!! Cheri, Jeff and the gang will treat you well, no doubt! Be sure and try an after dinner drink too--a supper club favorite! �

My wife and I felt the same as the previous comment! We sat at the same table immediately outside the kitchen. Small portions Had a Fish fry and had to almost beg for melted butter. Tiny baked potato and had to request sour cream twice. Service was our complaint l.

New Year's Eve 2016, and we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience to wrap up the year. Service was prompt and friendly at the bar and also from our server, Jennifer. The salad bar never disappoints, and our entrees were wonderful...baby back ribs and grilled pork chop...both were amazingly tender and delicious . It was a busy, busy night, and the bar and the dining room were packed when we left, but we still experienced the personal touches that make dining at the Branding Iron so special. My sister took her family and myself for a wonderful holiday dinner and we were all disappointed with our meals. Everyone's steak was tepid to cold and lacked flavor. When my sister commented to the hostess about the poor quality of our food, she rebuked the claim that ALL the steaks were bad and it must had been only one. Such poor customer service.

I've been coming to Branding Iron for a long time, at least since I was in high school. It was always a special family treat for us to go. The service is always top notch, friendly and never rushed. I also love the beer garden outside. Lovely atmosphere. The steak is always done just right- you can't go wrong with a prime rib or filet. The staff is also very accommodating for special dietary requests for those who cant eat dairy (thankfully that's not me) Ill be back! :)
