Our ten minute wait was more like 45 minutes, which is my only complaint. The salad bar selections tasted wonderful. My prime rib was excellent! Service was great. We were able to compliment the chef named Trisha and was glad she took a moment to come to our table!

As for the wait I'm sorry sometimes when our guests get back to their table they want to enjoy dining and visiting and time gets away and with only 12 tables our wait then becomes longer which I wish I could predict ahead time. Terrible service. Walked in and was told it would be about a half hour Waite. 1 hour later ,we inquired about a table. I was told I was out of line and they would get me me as soon as they can. 15 min later we were told to go sit out side and someone would come out there and Waite on us. After another half hour we left, never did see anyone or place an order. Never Again!!

You were next on our list to get your order taken for dinner, and unfortunately, you left as our server was ready for your order. We arrived at 630 and were told it would be 30 minutes. Took 20 minutes to even get a bartender to look at us. An hour later we asked when we might get seated. Then the manager comes over and proceeds to tell us not to tell at the staff, which we didn't. She was very rude. Finally got a table on patio and after another 15 minutes just got up and left.

My absolute favorite restaurant! They have the best salad bar and the best prime rib. And the fish fry is to die for! There is no place I'd rather go for a special occasion or for a Friday night fish fry!

When in Rome(WI), do as the Roman's do. Go to the Branding Iron. Great food, great salad bar, all with great staff. Just couldn't ask for more.

Have always had excellent food and service at the Branding Iron. Friendly, courteous and knowledgable bartenders and waitstaff. Stop in for drinks and a tasty and relaxing dinner.
