One of the worst experience I have ever had. Took over 30 mins to get our drinks. Then another 15 to get water. Our waitress hardly check on us. When we asked for our drinks we were told there was no clean dishes that the dishwasher had fallen behind. We waited for over an hour for two sub par burgers that weren't made right. When I talked to the manager I got some sob story about the general manager being fired and the cook leaving. And then we get the bill which only one beer and one mixed drink was comped. My family has eaten here twice now. The food is excellent, but you can't be in a hurry! The wait staff and cooks aren't built for speed. But again, the steaks and pork chop and burgers are great. There was a great live band playing during last night's visit, so we didn't mind the wait. We're from Tulsa, and will definitely go back again when looking for a nicer dining atmosphere in Tahlequah.
1 hour 45 minute wait time after placing our dinner order. After watching other tables being served, talking to the acting manager this really is unexceptionable. Comping a meal doesn't even compensate for this poor service.
Loved the Atmosphere and The Fish&Chips are Excellent!
