UConn gives itself business over fraudulent and irresponsible referrals. I was given a referral from Cusano of UConn Ortho for cervical when we agreed it was thoracic. Prior to my x-ray I was NVR told U Spinal only does surgery and injections and I expressed that a thoracic x-ray needed to be done not cervical. The Asian lady said nothing and sent me for a cervical x-ray I DIDN'T even need even after hearing what I said. The referral sent over was WRONG. I brought my mother here recently. After bringing in a xray from a different hospital I was told she had a fracture. But when I came here The P.A Thomas tells me she has no fracture. Doesn't do anything to help other than trying to make us dance around with other doctors while my mother is in serve pain. A week later she ends up back in another hospital just to be told again she has a fracture. We tried to go back recently cause after that my mother got sent to a physical rehab.
