I saw Jocelyn S. Libros, APRN yesterday and I was so impressed! She was very knowledgeable about my condition, clearly explained it to me and reviewed the many different treatment options. She is an excellent provider. The medical assistant and x-ray technician were also so nice! Great experience overall.

UConn gives itself business over fraudulent and irresponsible referrals. I was given a referral from Cusano of UConn Ortho for cervical when we agreed it was thoracic. Prior to my x-ray I was NVR told U Spinal only does surgery and injections and I expressed that a thoracic x-ray needed to be done not cervical. The Asian lady said nothing and sent me for a cervical x-ray I DIDN'T even need even after hearing what I said. The referral sent over was WRONG. When in asked them to change my PT and MRI referall to thoracic, the As... read more
