The Brady Apartments have character. The building is old, but it is well-maintained. Rent is reasonable. Utilities are affordable. The maintenance and management team is fast to respond to any issues. Location is excellent. Hoyt Sherman Place is right next door. Downtown (and Ingersoll) restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. And yeah, they are studio apartments, so the space is really the only thing you have to think about. They can’t provide internet at this property. It’s been a nightmare trying to figure it out. Truth is, don’t move here if you need internet. The building is too old. Update: I’ve attempted to have internet hooked up through both companies servicing this property. Either one can provide internet to my unit. Can’t wait to update this with hopeful resolve! Update: Google Fiber has been installed. Nice location, run by a decent management company.
