Family rented an apartment and found out later of the mice problem. After numerous requests and photo evidence, Management seemed to not be to eager to fix the problems until ABC 6 On Your Side got involved. Even then they were given a very short time period to move out. ... You can't judge this book by its cover. *** If this wasn't true, how co.e they would block my family or me??? ***

Worst place I've ever lived! Rude staff, incompetent maintenance, issues with bugs and really high utility bills. It's a shame because they look so nice, but it's all a facade. I'm so glad to be out of there!

****PLEASE READ**** Before you move here please read this. I lived at ****4126 Silver Springs Lane****. WE HAD A HUGE MICE INFESTATION! When I mean a huge mice infestation we caught around 22 mice. IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. They were everywhere. We contacted the office and went and spoke directly to the Manager (Emily) she let me know that pest control would be out in a week and a half. SHE DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO CALL THEM AND TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL THEY VISIT OUR PROPERTY NEXT...Continue Reading

I am so beyond disgusted with these apartments. How do you let a Tennant live in your apartments with a mice infestation? Mind you they did nothing to fix it and there’s still mice dropping in the apartment. I’m beyond disgusted.
