They handled the sale of my Burbank home in a professional manner and were able to negotiate unusual and difficult issues involving the sale of a home which was in a Trust. He took care of everything. He is familiar with the Burbank area and got us top dollar on our home by pricing it correctly. We had offers almost immediately which he negotiated in a professional and expert manner. We were very happy.
I was very satisfied with the service and I received from The Brad Korp Group. I had very hard time with my original lender and he found an alternate solution which allowed me to close on my new home. When I moved to Bay area They sold my condo at a very nice price.
The Brad Korb Real Estate Group did an excellent job of selling and preparing our home for the market. We needed extensive repairs and upgrades before listing the house. Living out of state we were at a loss on how to handle the logistics of hiring contractor's to make the repairs. Brad's team stepped up to the plate and offered to handle all the necessary repairs to get the house sold! He even offered to front the costs with the intention to be paid back at closing!
