My brother got his braces done here years ago and my mother still talks about how regretful she is in doing my brother’s braces with Dr. Gurza. He’s rude and disrespectful and all he cares about is money. Beware of the false reviews. I was younger at the time and I’ll never forget how he treated my mother. Disgraceful and disgusting. I’m sure Dr. Gurza will be facing lawsuits eventually. Shut his clinic down.
We already signed the contract and paid around$7000 CAD, but due to COVID, our service was delayed by about two years. He gave me a fake contract that I did not sign and never saw before stating we have to pay a $300 monthly fee. Now, if we don't pay the $300 monthly fee, Dr. Stephen Gurza will no longer care for us even we have a real contract. He only wants your money. He thinks of different ways to rob us of our money. Don't don't don't go this place do your teeth!!! This is garbage place!!! Dr Gurza is very rude, greedy and unprofessional and disrespectful, He doesn't respect his patients, all he want is money. He tried every effort to rob money out of your pocket. All he care is money ,he doesn't care about patients. He is total liar also. He has poor work ethic.
The place offers rewards (something like a free year of follow-up) if customers post a 5-star review. I had my braces done here 7 years ago, for misaligned teeth and an overbite. The treatment took about a year to complete. I've been wearing retainers ever since, but unfortunately my overbite has come back a bit. I also had to replace my retainers about 5 years after braces, and the ones my new dentist made was clearly of much better quality (i.e., much stiffer material, less prone to cracking).
