I cannot say enough about how amazing the Boylston Rooms was for our wedding (10/12/25). The process throughout was painless and super helpful from every staff member, especially Erin and Myles. Day of Myles and Alli made the day go so smooth and absolutely perfect. It felt like a movie! They even put up with some of the unfortunate issues with other guests and made it so I didn't have to worry about those issues and only found out after. They even helped bustle my dress for me! Absolutely Fabulous
My daughter-in-law booked this venue for baptism and gave a $500 deposit. Upon reviewing menu and other charges realized it wasn't within their budget. She called the next day to cancel but was told the person she would need to talk to was on vacation. The following week she reached out and was told they would cancel but not refund her deposit. This is just plain nasty since they knew money was an issue. Also the event was 3 months away so they still had plenty of time to book someone else for that date. What poor business p... read more
I cannot possibly sing the praises of the Boylston Room staff enough but I will give it a shot. We toured many venues for our wedding and walked away from most feeling overwhelmed. Erin and Myles were absolutely phenomenal at putting my partner and I at ease about the process and we knew that we wanted to have our wedding at this venue within minutes of walking the space.
