The community of this place is stellar! I love Julia so much too. Amazing gym
Best experience! The gym has run so well, the community is Inclusive and supportive. Folks working in at any level will fit right in. Coach Aubrey and Coach Julia worked in right alongside us gave great introductions and offered great perspective mid workout. Definitely going back again!
This place CHANGED. MY. LIFE. I have been going for a few months now. I have never felt like I like going to the gym. I always felt embarrassed because I didn’t know what I was doing and I was terrified of getting hurt. The box has awesome coaches who certified personal trainers to help you with every step of your fitness journey. They have awesome classes with great structures! I absolutely love The Box! As a mom who hasn’t really worked out since having babies, this place has been such a game changer for me. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging, patient, and motivating. The community is equally incredible — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I actually look forward to my workouts now!
Great environment! I get so excited to come work out and love the feeling afterwards! The community is better than I could have ever imagined!
