Best experience! The gym has run so well, the community is Inclusive and supportive. Folks working in at any level will fit right in. Coach Aubrey and Coach Julia worked in right alongside us gave great introductions and offered great perspective mid workout. Definitely going back again!
This place CHANGED. MY. LIFE. I have been going for a few months now. I have never felt like I like going to the gym. I always felt embarrassed because I didn’t know what I was doing and I was terrified of getting hurt. I absolutely love The Box! As a mom who hasn’t really worked out since having babies, this place has been such a game changer for me. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging, patient, and motivating. The community is equally incredible — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I actually look forward to my workouts now!

I started at this gym 8 years ago to get in shape. I gained an appreciation for taking care of my physical health as well as my mental health. I love my gym family and friends. Some of the best people I know caring so much about the health and all around well being of each person that comes into their classes. They truly want the best for everyone in and out of the gym.
