I started at this gym 8 years ago to get in shape. I gained an appreciation for taking care of my physical health as well as my mental health. I love my gym family and friends. Some of the best people I know caring so much about the health and all around well being of each person that comes into their classes. They truly want the best for everyone in and out of the gym.
I selfishly haven’t reviewed this place despite coming here for 2 years, partially because whenever you find a place this awesome you don’t want it to get too “big” and lose the sense of community. But they deserve the review. The coaches here have transformed my life, and I mean every one of them (I have worked with them all in some capacity). I LOVE The Box! Being a dancer & runner my whole life I never thought I’d like CrossFit and heavy weight training…but I can honestly say that I’ve never felt SO good! Plus this gym cares about your all around wellness, not just the physical. They focus on being a better you…all the great people and coaches you work with that turn into your gym fam are just a cherry on the top🙌🏼 Can’t say enough good things! Come as you are and do what you can, I’ve never felt so immediately welcome at a gym before.
