This place CHANGED. MY. LIFE. I have been going for a few months now. I have never felt like I like going to the gym. I absolutely love The Box! As a mom who hasn’t really worked out since having babies, this place has been such a game changer for me. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging, patient, and motivating. The community is equally incredible — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I actually look forward to my workouts now!

I started at this gym 8 years ago to get in shape. I gained an appreciation for taking care of my physical health as well as my mental health. I love my gym family and friends. Some of the best people I know caring so much about the health and all around well being of each person that comes into their classes. They truly want the best for everyone in and out of the gym.
