I was encouraged to undergo lab tests that were not mandatory and were not required for my care. I agreed to the testing because Mary informed me that the tests would be fully covered by my insurance. However, I later received a bill for those lab tests. It appears there may have been a miscommunication regarding the insurance coverage and my potential financial responsibility.

Dr. Bowman recently performed blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids to correct vision obstruction caused by excess skin. My experience with Dr. Bowman, Dr. Galang (anesthesiologist), and the support staff including nurse Sara, Greg and Sabrina was outstanding to say the least. They demonstrated genuine care and compassion, ensuring my comfort during this entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Bowman and his team, and I am so happy with the significant improvement in my vision.
