I had a quick lunch at the bowl factory and ordered a tomato basil soup with cheese grill sandwich. The soup was warm, fresh, delicious & perfectly complimenting Edmonton winters. The sandwhich —was grilled to perfect texture and taste. A must try! Edit: Try their Grill cheese and tomato soup. I had it twice now and its best combo!
Ordered on skip. Really enjoyed the bowl. Seems like a wide selection too.
I'm not usually one for healthy food but I stopped in here after driving past for a year+ and WOW. The small bowl portion size was generous , and veggies were all bright green and very fresh and the protein (chicken in this case) was likewise superb quality. Service was very fast as well. The owners obviously care deeply about the quality of the food and it shows.
This spot is so underrated its crazy. Great place for vegetarians. been a bit since i went, just got back, weak everything.
