If I could give zero stars, I would. They allow short-term rentals at this facility and they also don't honor noise complaints and they will blame you if you do do a noise complaint to another resident. I have a video with the noise on the video, but nobody is willing to listen to it and to believe me and that's completely fine. We were a walk in request for a tour and Jackie was most accommodating. Very thorough with answering questions and explaining all about the units, amenities, and overall area. We appreciated her kind and personable approach! We have spent the last few days touring around and by far this was our best experience! Thank you again Jackie!

A warning for female tenants. Harassment of young woman from a maintenance employee. If you manage to get a unit near respectful neighbors, you may enjoy your time here. But pay attention to the poor experiences others have had here too. My unit was nice and amenities were usually clean and well maintained.
