We walked into our new apartment and it was so bad. The carpet was ripped up and stained. The microwave and cabinets were dirty inside. The fridge drawers were broken. The stove handles covered in old oil and grease. A drawer in the kitchen was unusable. The whole place was generally covered in dust and dirt and clearly not swept or vacuumed well. Unfortunately, my experience with the apartment manager has been very negative. She is rude, dismissive, and makes communication stressful instead of helpful. At times, her behavior feels racially insensitive, which is completely unacceptable. This has affected my overall living experience.
Lived there for a year and it was a breeze. Beautiful community, conveniently located, nice staff, easy process - everything online which I personally appreciate. Nice amenities and no issue with the apartment.
