If you’re considering moving here, please read this first: When my family first moved into this property, I was impressed. The amenities were appealing, the grounds looked well kept, and the layout was thoughtfully designed. I even looked into joining them here. But after seeing how this management team treats its elderly and disabled residents, I wouldn’t move here if it were free. I moved out last month, but I appreciated how they handled the final inspection — very fair.
Impressed initially by the community, our experience soured when our application was abruptly canceled after just two days due to a misunderstanding with email communication. Despite our attempts to clarify, we were asked to reapply and pay the additional fees, without flexibility from management. We were at a family event on a Military base, limiting our access to communication. Unbeknownst to me, my roommate received but did not relay crucial emails.
