Lasciate perdere questo hotel! Sono dei ladri!! Si sono trattenuti i 100 euro della caparra durante il soggiorno senza mai restituirli. Non rispondono alle mail ed al telefono. Ladri! Sconsigliatissimo! Vergognosi.
This hotel charged $100 hold for our room (which is normal), and because it was a debit card the money was immediately taken from my bank. The money was never returned. When I called to get the money back they refused to give it back. Luis at the front desk then also refused to me in touch with the General Manager and then hung up on me. Very Poor customer service. Had to report a fraudulent charge with the credit card company.
Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen! Habe mein Depot von 100$ nicht zurück erstattet bekommen. Mehrere Versuche das Hotel zu erreichen wurden nicht beantwortet.
We have been trying to contact the hotel for over 3 weeks to get our $100 deposit back!! They will not answer their phones! On this fact alone, very shade like the building itself!
