We worked with Christina to buy our new house. She and the rest of the team helped make the entire process go smoothly. We really appreciate that the agents are either buyer or seller exclusive; you really know there isn't any conflict of interest. She is always incredibly responsive to questions, and continues to be a great help connecting us with resources as we need them.

Trevor McIlwaine and the entire Bouma Group was incredible to work with. Trevor is amazing at what he does. He was extremely responsive, patient and helpful. With every house he showed us, I was blown away by his knowledge of what to look for and loved his honesty. I felt very well taken care of and that I was in good hands. Brandee's market knowledge really shined through as we put on our on the market in September just as school was starting. She made sure our home was priced correctly, which led us to multiple offers and selling over list in just two short weeks. Ginger our closing manager, made sure all of our questions were addressed, and her negotiating on our behalf was top notch during the inspection. Overall the team is fantastic and I would highly recommend them!!
