I lived here for almost 2 years and I’m so happy it was the first spot I landed in Austin! Such a great location, safe, walkable to the trail, HEB, bars, and restaurants — plus the team is SO helpful! I know they’re part of a big management company, but they don’t treat you as just a number and really have a personal, helpful, and professional approach. Big shout out to Kaylee for going above and beyond to help make my experience, from move in to out, one worth recommending!
I have only spent a month here, but we are loving everything so far. The staff is amazing and we love the location.
This is been the best community I've lived in Austin over my 8 years here. Incredible location being able to walk to the trail, deep eddy, HEB, and the beautiful neighborhoods behind the complex. It's a great quiet calm gated community just minutes away from everything. The staff is incredible and I would recommend living here to anyone!
I spent two years at the Boulevard at Town Lake, and I have nothing but incredible things to say. Their management team and staff are very helpful and easy to work with. They are all great people. The amenities are all great, and the complex is very well maintained. If I ever did have any problems, all I had to do was reach out to property management, and it would be resolved. Also, the location is unbeatable. Moving into a new house for more space, but I recommend the Boulevard at Town Lake to anyone looking for an apartmen... read more
