RecommendedThe Boulders is an amazing mountain community that offers magnificent views, beautiful landscape, & wonderful neighbors. The community is perfectly located 4 miles to Main Street in Hendersonville and 20 miles south of Asheville. We are close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Biltmore, many hiking and biking trails, great restaurants, breweries, and several cool small towns to visit. WNC is the best climate to live. We feel like we are on vacation everyday!
We are so excited to call The Boulders "home" in a few short months! Our jaws dropped from the moment we saw the neighborhood. We love how we have such incredible views from only driving a short distance up the mountain, and at the same time being within such a reasonable distance from downtown Hendersonville and Asheville. What’s one of my favorite things about living here? Aside from endless “This sunrise can’t be real “ mornings, we are growing into a community of fun caring neighbors. We mostly have a common denominator. We came from somewhere else and marvel at how we each came to find this little slice of heaven. We have been in our Cottage Collection home at The Boulders since late October 2016. There is not one day, in one season, where we do not marvel at the view from our home. Brilliant leaves in fall, unobstructed views of mountains along with the twinkling lights of winter in Hendersonville and now spring and early summer with the deep green canopy of tall trees, the mountains as a backdrop. We made the right decision to build our home here and are reminded of that every single day.
We are looking forward to permanently calling The Boulders home! Taryn and Peter are fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful with ideas and suggestions. The concept of a conservation community that embraces the integrity of the surrounding natural environment is what attracted us from the beginning and was the main selling point as well as the incredible view and size of the Boulders community. Looking forward to the future and meeting our new neighbors!
