Can't wait for our contract to be up vandalism is bad my wife's car was spray painted we ask them to put up security cameras but it's not in their budget they have no problem paying a security guard to sleep in his car at night. They put a fence around the garbage dumpsters so the waste management just drops the dumpster in the road. We've lived here for 5 years and enjoyed it until this new management came in and went corporate. When you call, someone sitting at a computer in another state will answer pretending they care, repeating the customer service line: "we apologise ma'am, we know how frustrating that must be." Soon after they will say "we'll have someone, the manager, call you as soon as possible.." They, literally, have never returned our call. Unless you live alone, or get home before 4pm, there is no parking or someone is parked in your assig... read more

I'm a new resident coming from California. The apartment is very clean , comfortable and I have a great view of down town Reno. The staff has been great and are very helpful. If a unit comes available I highly recommend becoming a resident here.
We've been working on moving there and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cannot think of a better and more helpful place.
