Clint Bottoms was terrific with helping us sell our house. The sale would not have happened if it weren’t for him. He worked negotiations with buyers. He stuck with it when a sale was 1 week before closing and then fell through. He stayed with it throughout the holiday season, helping us get the house ready with roof repair, painting, plumbing, house inspection. Clint is awesome...I am disabled and needed help but didn't want to sell my home ...he went out of his way to help me with my situation and kept tabs threw the process to help me so if you have a situation and own real estate or whatever your unique situation give him a call he'll tell you if he can help you tonight....very nice man .... From beginning to end the process was so well thought out I was thoroughly impressed from my initial conversations with Clint Bottoms to working with JD, Merry and Seth. I’m not sure what the process is like normally with this being my first home purchase but it was made easy with this team of professionals who I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a home.
