I worked with Ian to find my apartment. Ian was friendly but he was not helpful and took forever to show me the apartment I was looking at. He worked more by his own schedule than the schedule of the customer and prioritized his own matters. He was very unorganized when it came to paper work. He tried to trick me by telling me that I signed the lease, when I didn’t sign the lease because I was unsure if I wanted the apartment. I would definitely recommend trying a different realty group before settling for this one.
Frank DiMaria was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable Boston real estate agents that was willing to go above and beyond while my girlfriend and I were searching for an apartment. While we ended up finding a deal we couldn't pass up through a different agency, I would highly recommend working with Frank and the Boston Realty Group as the first place to start for any Boston apartment search.
