The Semi Annual inspection is nothing but an invasion of your privacy. They take inventory of what you have in your apartment to decide if you can afford it then you can pay extra on rent.
Don't ever rent from them. If you do say good bye to your deposit because no matter what you do or how much you clean you will not get it back.
