Met The Nicest Property Mgr, Ms. Lorena Ramirez; Quick Witted, Knew What I Needed, before, I Asked; showed me One of The Nicest Apts, that was Suitable for 5.8ft/Shorter Folks; I was Ecstatic, until I Saw The Washer/Dryer; Remembered, Rockville MCP,, and The 🔥 Dept doing several Loads of their Dirty Laundry, ILLEGALLY, in my WD, with my Supplies, which raised my Pepco Bill to Several Hundred $$$, and I became Nauseous; Walked Away, VERY SAD! I had heard that the Bonifant is a great place to live, and it's true. The place is beautifully maintained, and the staff does everything to make this a home to all who live here. I feel very lucky to live here.
The Bonifant is an ideal location and I feel safe living here. My maintenance request last week was handled very effectively and efficiently. Our apartment management and staff are polite and knowledgeable. I'm also enjoying living here partly because of our Resident Service Coordinator Tammy.
