Horrible experience, any items left will be within the hour. Thrown on the curb for the homeless to pick through. This is absolutely unacceptable. Never go here because if you leave anything consider it GONE

Met The Nicest Property Mgr, Ms. Lorena Ramirez; Quick Witted, Knew What I Needed, before, I Asked; showed me One of The Nicest Apts, that was Suitable for 5.8ft/Shorter Folks; I was Ecstatic, until I Saw The Washer/Dryer; Remembered, Rockville MCP,, and The 🔥 Dept doing several Loads of their Dirty Laundry, ILLEGALLY, in my WD, with my Supplies, which raised my Pepco Bill to Several Hundred $$$, and I became Nauseous; Walked Away, VERY SAD! It's A Lovely Place, but I have A Deep Phobia,... read more

I had heard that the Bonifant is a great place to live, and it's true. The place is beautifully maintained, and the staff does everything to make this a home to all who live here. I feel very lucky to live here.
