Have been waiting on Hold for over 8 minutes. Poor office management. Called back, told them no, I wouldn't wait again, I'd already waited 8 minutes. Was told there was only one person answering the phones - perhaps they need additional staff.
Dr Keith Starkweather has been my surgeon since 1999. That man goes above and beyond along with his awesome staff and PA Christy to get to the bottom of the issues and resolve them. I've never met a Dr or staff who ginuely cares like they do. They don't just do it for a pay check. Dr Keith Starkweather is my hero and I'm so blessed to have met him 18 years ago. Thank you all for the care you give from your hearts. Many many thanks to you all.
I had a right total knee replacement. I did the customize knee and Dr Stanton was awesome. I would highly recommend them. I am back today to see about getting left knee done because I did so well. I feel like they know what they are doing. Yes you have to be patient and wait but it's worth it in the end.
From when I walked in the door the first person I saw was nice all the way through visit✝
Dr. Starkweather is simply awesome! He too care of my step son after his work accident and handled my knee surgery in a 1st class manner. He listens to his patients and I have never seen him make a bad decision. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY
I love Dr. Starkweather,he's so patient and you can tell he had your best intrest at heart.He Rocks and his staff!
They fixed both my children's broken arms. Best doctors and nurses. They went out of there way to make them comfortable.
