I understand that the healthcare industry is extremely stressful, and I totally respect that since I work in healthcare as well. However, I will not be making an appointment with this office because of the way the person over the phone behaved when I tried to. I was treated terribly, and as if I was incompetent. One thing I have learned is that the front desk/customer service reps are the first point of contact, and they leave a huge impression of the facility.
