I went here to hopefully get relief for the extreme pain I was experiencing. I had been to the St. Peter's emergency room a week ago and had an MRI finding a bulging disc. A week later the meds aren't helping and I'm not able to sleep well because of the constant pain. I read all of the reviews and seeing that they were all really great, I decided to give it a try. The doctors here are great but this literally the slowest office ever. All of their locations are. My appointment was at 10:10. I showed up at 10:02. It’s now 10:53 and I am still actively waiting to even be called into the back. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to wait almost an hour for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. EDIT: I finally got taken into the back at 11:20. An hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’m very angry as a patient of this practice for the last 3 years. Do better, Bone and Joint.

I had 2 very crooked knees and limited mobility. Now I have 2 strong perfect knees and my mobility is back.

The Bone and joint staff was extraordinary. Excellent support staff, very caring and focused of taking care of the patient. I was very pleased with the time they spent with me, ensuring I was getting everything I needed prior and post surgery. They made my overall experience a positive one.. Thanks to Ali, Desiree, Helen and Dr Tetreault for the great care and kindness to me.
