No complaints! all the staff have been on point and very professional. Doctor David Jones has been straight forward with me with the do's and don'ts, reminded me that I will never get anything any better than what God gave me, so take care of what you have.

I love this place. I went to Dr Crowther for my knee after going to 2 other places and he finally listened and knew exactly what I was experiencing. I highly recommend him and Penny!!!
They will write an incorrect prescription for an orthopedic device and deny that it was written improperly ! Take your chances if you like. It is certainly up to you.
RecommendedHighly recommend this facility. Dr. Crowder was very attentive. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my knee and offered viable solutions that would help provide pain relief. The front desk and clinical staff were awesome as well.

Yes, for the doctors and nursing staff. But those who work in the front need some work on their people skills.
Dr.Crowther replaced my knee 4 years ago. It was a difficult surgery as my bones are small he said. The knee is still sore at times, but arthritis has formed some around the new joint - which can happen as the knee needed replacing due to wear and tear arthritis. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Rob Jones and staff are fantastic from start to finish. Caring , kind, through and very professional. I have been a patient with Dr.Jones for the past year and recently had shoulder surgery with a great experience for result. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend family and friends. Time was spent explaining the procedure and answering any question or concerned I had with a feeling of being rushed etc. There are many orthopedic offices closer to my home but well worth the drive.
