Helped us out when we really needed a last minute fix and was very willing and happy to help!
We’ve been in our home 2 weeks. Our contractor called and we’ve called multiple times to be scheduled for pick up. Same excuses everytime. Can’t guarantee a time and don’t know when it will be. Each week it’s same story. Our contractor switched to another company bc of how bad service is. Go elsewhere.
Pick a different company or you will regret it. May be the most unorganized, dysfunctional company in Chattanooga. Service stinks like the Porta Jon’s they provide.
I’ve used bolles for the last two years on job sites. Service has gone downhill significantly in the last 6 months or so. Our most recent unit has not been serviced regularly/weekly (sometimes up to 3 weeks in between!). I submitted a pick up FOUR (4) weeks ago. “It’s on the schedule” is all I get every time I call. A completely renovated property for sale with a unit that hasn’t been serviced in 5+ weeks in the front driveway. Absurd. Can’t even give a reason or explanation.
I recently purchased a new construction home and have been asking Bolles for over 2 months to pick up their unit and they wont. They tell me the same lie, "its scheduled", but wont service or pick up their unit for over 2 months. It smells horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
