It all began in a little Southeastern Texas town called Seadrift. Seadrift, population 2000, was home to Yo'Daddy and family. The family of crabbers and fishermen labored in their boats year-round, catching oysters, crab and shrimp for the seafood industry. Cajun fries are better than any, even in Louisiana, and I lived 4 years in the South.
This place is inconsistent...sometimes the whole shabang sauce is good, but other times it's almost flavorless.
When they ask you if you want a bib do yourself a favor and say yes.
Catfish w/ Cajun fries. Comes with bomb tarter sauce. 2 pounds of crawfish w/ the whole shibang. 2 pounds of shrimp w/ the whole shibang. A few coronas. That's all for me... What you ordering?

Order 1 lb of shrimp and crawfish with the sha-bang sauce and sweet potato fries.
The crawfish is delicious! Unless it was previously frozen. In that case, it is awful. Before you order, make sure they got in a shipment of LIVE crawfish. If they didn't, go for the shrimp.
Get the whole she-bang & have the corn IN the bag, trust me! And if you like to drink, a bottle of beer is perfect. Most importantly, make sure everyone in your party is there or you will be skipped.
