My facial this morning at The Body Space was absolutely the Best ever. So refreshing and rejuvenating. Candi is awesome at what she does. The products Courtney and Candi have chosen are delicious. It's a priority to take care of our skin and this was a treat. Thank you Candi. My skin looks Amazing!!!!!
This is one of my favorite places on Galveston island. The space itself is beautiful, and the staff work extremely hard to make the place as inviting, energizing, and fun as possible. I've enjoyed every class I've taken there and the personalized attention each instructor gives to the members of the class. I recommend it to everyone!

Courtney, You are a fantastic teacher of Yoga. Being in your classes and working one to one with you has changed my life in many ways. I find I trust myself and my body's abilities more and more and am much more able to continue with my own Yoga practice when I am away from the Body Space.
