Great place!!! go to a class with Paige, she's awesome!! But I bet all the instructors are great!
Wow! What a great place to practice yoga. I took a class here today and was very impressed. Courtney is an excellent instructor. I left the class feeling relaxed and centered. I highly recommend this studio.
Have you ever walked into a space and just felt happy? The Body Space is that place....The energy there is so, so good . :) Fantastic instructors & top-notch classes in a beautiful studio - what more can you ask for? My favorite class is BodyBarre, by wonderful Paige. I cannot wait to go back!!
What a great place!!! Courtney is amazing in her instruction and very encouraging in her class (especially with a newbie like me!). And the energetic, adorable Paige in Barre class was GREAT!! Love it!!!
Fabulous studio with the best instructors I've ever worked with anywhere! Whether you have never practiced or you are advanced, They make sure you get a great workout. You will not only achieve fitness goals at The Body Space, but your overall health is sure to improve as well. You can't afford not to check it out!
